Matrix Management Corp. was recently awarded a contract to provide full scope project management services for the Regional Municipality of York for the energy retrofit of 14 facilities contained within their real estate portfolio. We are pleased to play a key role in this major initiative which will significantly reduce energy demands, including natural gas, water and electrical power thus resulting in reduced operating costs and reduced greenhouse gas omissions.
