Matrix Management Corp. is providing project management services for the construction of the City of Toronto’s non-profit housing project located at 2350 Finch Avenue West.
This complex consists of a 2 level underground parking structure, a 5 storey building and a 4 storey building containing a mix of 26 townhouse units and 22 apartment units with commercial rental units on the main floor.
This project is part of the Let’s Build Program, established by the City of Toronto’s Community Housing Corporation to help get new affordable rental housing built, through capital assistance and partnerships with private and non-profit sectors. The Let’s Build Program has helped put over 1,000 units of affordable housing into the development stream. The Toronto Community Housing Corporation is Canada’s largest landlord and the second largest social housing provider in North America, with over 58,500 units across the City in over 2,000 buildings.
